Radleigh Homes returns to city living

Leading Midlands house-builder and Marketing Derby Bondholder, Radleigh Homes, has marked its return to Derby's city living market with the launch of an exciting new scheme that will occupy a position on the edge of the Cathedral Quarter.

The Weavers Point development will comprise of 35 luxury apartments, each containing two spacious double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), with generous living spaces, high quality finishes and contemporary styling throughout. There will also be a gated courtyard with secure car parking facilities as well as a cycle store.

The Weavers Point site on Willow Road is an area steeped in the history of the cotton mills that were built in the Derwent Valley during the 18th century.

Radleigh Homes is committed to employing local contractors and general workforce and has already created more than 20 new job opportunities during the construction phase.

Completion is due for summer 2016.
