Marketing Derby's Annual Business Event
Over 500 business leaders attended the Marketing Derby Annual Business Event, held last Friday at Derby Theatre. At the event, Marketing Derby announced a number of key plans for the year ahead and celebrated the previous year’s successes.
Speakers included chair of Pennine Healthcare Liz Fothergill, Dan Murphy general manager of intu Derby, Bombardier's finance director Garry Mowbray and Derby City Council’s deputy chief executive Paul Robinson.
The event marked Marketing Derby’s achievements from 2014, including attracting 704 new jobs to the city, and highlighted the company’s promise to continue supporting and attracting investment into the city.
