Workplace culture ideas sought

Calm in a Box has launched a survey asking young people for their ideas on what they want from the workplace of the future.

The CALM Crowdsourcing initiative is seeking the views of people aged between 16 and 29.

The company works with the leaders of a number of global brands and SMEs, helping to shape workplace culture.

Now, it wants to engage with younger people in order to formulate solutions that will have “real impact”.

People are invited to write a blog, record a vlog or send in a voice note. Submissions should be under two minutes or 300 words.

The submissions will be reviewed by Calm in a Box’s ‘CALM ambassadors’, with the best ones winning some CALM goodies.
