Grainger Plc

Founded in 1912, Grainger Plc is the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, and a market leader in the UK build-to-rent and private rented sector.

It has a diverse team of experts managing over 9,000 homes and is delivering a pipeline of over 8,800 homes, which will almost double its portfolio.

Among them is The Condor, the 259 build-to-rent apartment scheme currently being built as part of the £200 million regeneration of Becketwell, in Derby city centre.

Icons Talent is a talent agency, based in Derby, which was founded by a group of former models and agents.

Following years of working with the largest brands in the industry, they decided to form Icon Talent, offering a full range of creative services, including videography, artist/talent promotion and providing locations for anything from photoshoots to feature films.

The River Mill

Formerly known as The Shed, The River Mill venue is a stylish new private event space at Darley Abbey Mills.

Overlooking the River Derwent, it offers a smaller and more intimate venue alongside its sister, The West Mill, just a few paces away.

It can cater for all kinds of events including birthdays, corporate functions and weddings, having recently been granted its marriage licence.
