Visit Peak District & Derbyshire has announced a holiday home management and housekeeping company as its latest patron.

The Welcome Team, which offers laundry, maintenance and gardening services for holiday homeowners across the area, has joined a dedicated network of businesses who share the tourism body’s core aims to grow the visitor economy and promote the region as a leading tourism destination.

The Welcome Team was founded by Derbyshire holiday cottage owner Claire Woodroffe in 2017 and has grown to encompass a team of experienced housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance and management staff.

Visit Peak District & Derbyshire is part of the Visit Peak District, Derbyshire & Derby Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) in collaboration with Visit Derby.

“Providing guests with a warm welcome in well-cared for, quality accommodation is at the heart of our visitor offer, and The Welcome Team are passionate advocates for the tourism industry and its sustainable development.”
