Tourism body hooks up with holiday home firm
Visit Peak District & Derbyshire has announced a new strategic partnership with a holiday home management company.
The tourism body has linked up with Host & Stay as part of its ongoing mission to grow the value of the area’s visitor economy.
VPD&D’s strategic partners are a key network of businesses who share its core aims to increase visitor spend, extend the tourism season and champion the long-term success of the tourism industry and the communities it supports.
Through the new partnership, Host & Stay will highlight its commitment to working alongside the area’s official Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) to deliver effective destination marketing and build a brighter, more sustainable future.
Jo Dilley, managing director of Visit Peak District & Derbyshire, says: “Our strategic partners are a group of influential, like-minded organisations who want to support our core mission to grow the value of the visitor economy in a sustainable way.
“We are delighted to welcome Host & Stay, with their expertise in holiday let management across the UK, as our latest strategic partner and look forward to working together to champion our tourism sector locally for the benefit of local businesses, residents and communities.”
