Document Network Services, BB&J Commercial, Sky Recruitment Solutions and Wavensmere Homes are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments in recent weeks.

Four new faces have recently arrived at Document Network Services

Laura Eatherington-Langley has joined as the firm’s new finance manager, while Louise Temple has taken up the role of order process co-ordinator.

Over the last six months, DNS have also welcomed Katrina Jones into the role of support desk call handler and Gurmeet Singh Banga as IT support technician.

Commercial property agents BB&J Commercial has added Tom O’Halloran to its team to help it meet growing client demand for its services, including valuation, professional work and commercial agency.

Tom had previously been working in another part of the business, gaining practical experience in a number of areas including valuation and management.

Mark Richardson, partner at BB&J, said: “Tom has already demonstrated over the last several years his ability to deal with a wide variety of property and clients.

“It is great for us to be able to give this opportunity to someone from within our existing team and I’m confident he will be a great addition.”

Sky Recruitment Solutions has announced the appointment of Mo Suleman as financial director.

Mo said: “I am very excited to join SRS/Capella Professional at a crucial time in their journey.

“I have known David (Torrington) since I came to Derby and I have always been impressed with the way he conducts himself and to now be part of the team, is absolutely fantastic.

“I will continue my finance director roles at Bloc Digital and Artcore and hope to bring synergies to all three parties.”

David said: “After celebrating our 10-year anniversary, Sky Recruitment Solutions is embarking on an exciting period of growth – the appointment of Mo is a key part of our strategy to cement our status as the go-to recruiter in Derby.

Finally, regeneration specialist Wavensmere Homes has appointed Olivia Smith into the newly created role of private client relationship manager.

She will be responsible for nurturing the award-winning housebuilder’s customer sales relationships, with £1 billion of new homes due to be launched, or in planning.

Olivia joins Wavensmere from Derby-based Ashley Adams Estate Agents, where she was based for almost four years, having been promoted into the role of sales account manager.

James Dickens, managing director at Wavensmere Homes, said: “Olivia has sold our homes at consecutive developments across the Midlands during the past five years.

“While working for us indirectly, she has been a great company ambassador and understands our ethos and vision.

“During Olivia’s career to date, she has sold over 300 new houses and apartments. While doing so, she has grown her own investor platform, establishing and maintaining relationships with purchasers that loyally follow her from site to site.

“We have structured this newly created role around Olivia’s skillset, as she has a strong appreciation of the importance of client relationships.”
