The latest Bondholder appointments and promotions




Ford and Stanley Group, Sellick Partnership and Pennine Healthcare are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments in recent weeks.
The recruitment arm of Ford and Stanley has announced the promotion of four key team members to further bolster its leadership capabilities.

Billy Jackson has been promoted from managing consultant to principal consultant with Ford & Stanley Executive Search, while Tom Norton steps into his new role as head of Executive Search following a successful tenure as business manager.
Meanwhile, Paige Roome-Hanson moves from senior recruitment consultant to managing consultant within Ford & Stanley Recruitment after three successful years with the company.
Finally, Callum Wildes has also been promoted to senior recruitment consultant (interim and contract opportunities), having been with the company for just over a year.
The promotions are part of an overarching strategy to enhance service delivery and drive further business growth, amid a series of recent contract wins and strong growth during 2024.

Meanwhile, Sellick Partnership has announced Chris Swindell as its new commercial finance director.

Chris will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s commercial and financial strategies, bringing extensive experience in business analysis and growth maximisation, to further strengthen its market-leading position.
In this newly-appointed role, he will focus on enhancing the company’s financial planning and analysis capabilities, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring Sellick continues to deliver exceptional results for clients, candidates and stakeholders alike.

Finally, medical manufacturer Pennine Healthcare has strengthened its sales team with two key hires.

Bringing decades of NHS experience, Neil McDonald has re-joined Pennine to support its ambitious growth plans.
With over 30 years in the healthcare sector, Neil’s return is a full-circle moment – having previously worked with Pennine three decades ago.
Additionally, Andy Uff joins Pennine on a part-time consultancy basis, bringing over 20 years of medical device expertise in the NHS and private sector.

Andy has previously worked closely with Pennine’s sales team and will now play a pivotal role in developing new pack concepts and strategies, leveraging his extensive industry contacts to drive business growth.
He will also support Pennine’s NHS sales strategy, ensuring the company continues to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
