The latest Bondholder appointments and promotions

Flint Bishop, Sellick Partnership and Think3 are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments in recent weeks.

Law firm Flint Bishop has announced the appointment of Simon Griffiths as a partner in its commercial property team at its Derby office.

Joining from Henry Boot Plc, Simon’s appointment marks a return to Flint’s, where he was previously a key member of its commercial property team from 2007 to 2016.

He brings extensive expertise in complex landlord and tenant matters, including acquisition, disposal, and development of commercial and residential sites, leases, and planning agreements.

Simon said: “I am delighted to be returning to Flint Bishop and to the vibrant city of Derby, a hub of investment in property developments.”

Chief executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “We are pleased to welcome back Simon to Flint Bishop who brings extensive experience in the real estate sector.

“I am confident he will be an excellent addition to our already strong commercial property team and will contribute significantly to the continued success of the firm.”

Professional services recruitment company Sellick Partnership has made several senior promotions in the last few months.

Among them is Rayhaneh Tehrani, who has been promoted to associate director after joining the business in 2010 as a resourcing consultant, specialising in public sector legal recruitment.

Earlier this year, she was instrumental in forming Sellick Partnership’s Wellbeing Team, focusing on improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

“She is incredibly hard working, pushes herself out of her comfort zone, and is constantly looking at ways to improve, all of which have contributed to her career development and success so far.”

Digital marketing agency Think3 has announced the promotion of Amey Hellen to the position of senior marketing executive.

In her new role, Amey will continue to drive Think3’s marketing initiatives, spearheading innovative campaigns and fostering strong client partnerships.

Strategic director and co-founder Lee Marples said: “We are delighted to announce the promotion of Amey within the business in becoming a senior marketing executive.

“During Amey’s time with Think3 she has gone above and beyond, taking the time to get fully involved in all our client’s activity.
