Staton Young continues expansion of Cubo brand

Staton Young will continue the expansion of its Cubo co-working space concept with the opening of another location early next year.

The first Cubo site opened in Derby in February 2020, in the Old Post Office, in Victoria Street. Since then, it has opened sites in Nottingham and Sheffield.

Developer and asset manager MEPC has now announced that Cubo is set to open a fourth site at Wellington Place, in Leeds.

Due to open its doors in February, it will offer almost 20,000 sq ft of flexible opportunities for prospective occupiers, including smaller businesses and shorter lease terms.
