He will be joined by Councillor Tricia Gilby, leader of Chesterfield Borough Council and its chief executive Dr Huw Bowen.
Also taking to the stage will be Paul Patterson, programme director at Derbyshire County Council.
Hosted by Dom Stevens and Josh Marsh, of Destination Chesterfield, the summit will also feature a panel discussion on the office market called ‘The office is dead! Long live the office!’.
The panel will include James Taylor, owner of Roaring Mouse PR, Amy Revell, co-founder and director of We Are Spaces and Dominic Staniforth, partner at BHP Accountants.
