Salloway helps with pharmacy move

Salloway Property Consultants has helped a regional pharmacy chain relocate its Chaddesden outlet.

Acting on behalf of its client, the commercial property firm agreed terms of the letting of the property in Maine Drive to Vision Pharmacy.

The property, which was formerly operated by Lloyds Pharmacy, occupies a prime position adjacent to the Park Medical Practice and serves a large residential area covering Chaddesden and Oakwood.

Chris Keogh, associate director at Salloway, said: “We were appointed by the landlords to agree a surrender of the existing lease, which had just over two years unexpired.

“During our negotiations with Lloyds we engaged with Vision Pharmacy and were able to synchronise the termination of the current lease to coincide with the grant of a new lease.”

As a result of the deal, Salloway will now market Vision Pharmacy’s former premises in Nottingham Road.
