Property firm wins commercial park deal

Innes England has won a deal to manage plots at a commercial park.

The commercial property firm has been chosen by Lancaster Estate Management Services to provide its service charge management services to four plots at Lancaster Park, at Needwood, near Burton.

Innes England began managing the site earlier in 2021, which consists of 11 industrial units and nine offices.

Matt Howson, director at Innes England, said: “We’re really pleased to be appointed to manage this part of Lancaster Park.
