Indurent has been shortlisted for a brace of awards recognising deals done at a new business park it is creating in Derby.

The firm, formerly known as St. Modwen Logistics, has been named as a finalist in two categories at the IAS 2024 Awards.

Organised by the Industrial Agents Society, the awards celebrate the success and achievements of the industrial property sector.

Indurent is shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (100,000 to 250,000 sq ft) category for a key letting to Rolls-Royce at Indurent Park Derby.

It is also a finalist in the Deal of the Year (Below 50,000 sq ft) category for its letting to Kia at the same development.

The global carmaker has established a new UK training academy at the site to train technicians working on electric vehicles.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 25 September.
