CS Visual Storytelling has launched a new workshop which shows businesses how to capture professional-looking images using just their phones.

It follows a debut session, which took place at Derby City Lab and was attended by Marketing Derby Bondholders Circulayo, Corporate Massage Therapy, Cosy Direct, Igloo Regeneration, Safe and Sound, Smith Partnership and Treetops Hospice.

The overwhelmingly positive response to the Picture Perfect workshop has now inspired Cristina Simion, founder of CS Visual Storytelling, to offer more.

The aim of the workshop is to help businesses capture images on their own phones, which they can use to elevate their presence online.

They break down the art of photography and offer hands-on guidance to capture professional-quality visuals with a smartphone.

Participants learn how to create impactful content that enhances brand identity and stands out from the crowd, a crucial skill for today’s digital marketplace.

Cristina, who is creative director at CS Visual Storytelling, said: “Entrepreneurs often think they need expensive cameras or outside help to promote their businesses.

“My workshops prove that, with a few techniques, anyone can create visuals that truly represent their brand.

“And the visuals created as part of the first workshop was the only feedback needed to officially launch this.”

Later this month, Cristina will be running a family-friendly, mini version of the workshop as part of Derby Museums’ upcoming Assemble: Derby’s Making Festival.

Another session, specifically tailored for marketing students at the University of Derby, is scheduled in November.

Limited spots are available for the Picture Perfect workshops, with early bird discounts offered to those who join the waiting list.
