New units near completion at major business park
New units are nearing completion at a major industrial/distribution development in South Derbyshire.
Dove Valley Park, at Foston, is a 200-acre scheme created by Clowes Developments, which already provides more than 1.75 million sq ft of space to major companies, including JCB, Top Hat, GXO, Müller, Futaba Industrial and Trauma.
The last development at Dove Valley saw 196,000 sq ft built – and there are currently two further speculatively built industrial/distribution units comprising 113,000 sq ft and 152,000 sq ft under construction.
With practical completion imminent, FHP Property Consultants, along with joint agents Cushman & Wakefield, has been appointed by international real estate firm Hines to market the scheme.
According to FHP, the three units, which are all immediately available to rent on new lease terms, provide high-class new industrial and logistics space benefiting from an impressive specification.
Darran Severn, director at FHP Property Consultants, said: “We are delighted to come on board with the marketing of Dove Valley Park with Cushman & Wakefield to create further interest in this outstanding scheme.
“Dove Valley Park is a substantial industrial park situated within a strategic location on the A50 between the M1 and M6 Motorways.
“The success of the park is evident by the existing mix of occupiers already situated here.
“We will be looking to raise the awareness of Dove Valley Park throughout the region particularly with nearby occupiers in Derby, Burton and Stoke.
“The units themselves benefit from B2 and B8 planning and would equally suit a logistics or manufacturing business.
“I look forward to showcasing these units and would be more than happy to discuss the opportunities at Dove Valley Park with any interested parties.”
