New leadership programme launched

The owner of Vibrant Accountancy has launched an exclusive leadership programme for fellow entrepreneurs in the region.

Bev Wakefield will lead six like-minded business owners through a 12-month programme called Lean on Vibrant, where they will focus on all aspects of running a successful company, from budgeting and understanding number to KPIs, cash and forecasting.

Vibrant offers annual budgeting, company accounts and tax returns and business planning to range of companies, including Scenariio, Colleague Box and Penguin PR.

Bev, who has recently been shortlisted for a leadership award, feels that the Lean on Vibrant programme will complement their existing services perfectly.

She said: “As a business owner, we can often lose track of our direction. It can be lonely and often feel like we’re not sure what the next steps should even be.

“Lean on Vibrant will aim to give direction, accountability and success to those who participate. They will also receive one-to-one coaching and psychometric testing.”
