New hub provides oasis of calm

Calm in a Box has announced the creation of a new digital community, which provides a free toolkit to help people fulfil their career potential.

The firm, which was founded by Sarah Markham, has launched CALM hub version 1.0, where people can join online events, explore the CALM toolkit, access the CALM experiments, connect with likeminded people and learn with its academy.

Sarah, who founded Calm in a Box in 2019, said: “Calm in a Box was founded on a mission to disrupt workplace culture, based on our core philosophy that to do well, you need to be well.
