New arrival in the frame at business park

A windows and doors manufacturer has moved to a business park created by Ivygrove Developments following a deal completed by BB&J Commercial.

Ashfen Windows and Doors has relocated to a brand-new 2,605 sq ft building at Dunstall Park, off Ascot Drive.

Graham Bancroft, partner at BB&J Commercial, who secured the letting, said: “As soon as we brought the property to market there was an exceptional amount of interest, which shows that the demand for industrial space is not waning at all.

“After the initial interest, we received numerous offers and we were delighted to agree a 10-year lease to Ashfen Windows and Doors. We wish them all the best for the future in their new premises.”
