Marketing head up for leadership award

The head of marketing at Sort Group has spoken of her pride after being shortlisted for a regional leadership award.

Emma Brown, who works at the Derby-based property, legal and financial specialist, has been shortlisted in the Marketing Leader category at the East Midlands Leadership Awards 2025.

The awards, which are organised by The Business Desk, celebrate leaders throughout the region who set a shining example to people within their organisations.

Emma said: “Being shortlisted for this award is an incredible honour and a reflection of the creativity, passion, and dedication of the entire marketing team at Sort Group.

“I’m immensely proud of the innovative work we’ve accomplished together, and this recognition is a celebration of the team’s hard work and commitment to achieving our goals.”

A number of other Marketing Derby Bondholders have been shortlisted for the East Midlands Leadership Awards, the winners of which will be announced at a ceremony in Nottingham on 12 March.
