Law firm’s staff up for national honours

Rothera Bray Solicitors is celebrating after receiving eight nominations for awards which recognise excellence and leadership in personal injury law.

The law firm’s Serious Injury Team has an impressive eight finalists across six categories at this year’s national Personal Injury Awards.

The team has been shortlisted in the following categories: Catastrophic Injury Team of the Year, Claimant Team of the Year and Clinical Negligence Team of the Year.

In addition, Rothera Bray’s Greg Almond is nominated for Catastrophic Injury Lawyer of the Year and Claimant Lawyer of the Year.

Joining Greg in the Catastrophic Injury Lawyer of the Year category will be Ian Johnson, while Seetal Patel is also up for Claimant Lawyer of the Year.

Meanwhile, Julie Walker is in the running for the Clinical Negligence Lawyer of the Year title.

Greg Almond, who is a partner at Rothera Bray, said: “While it’s an honour to receive individual recognition, I am most proud of the team nominations.

“Our success comes from a collective effort – often unseen. Knowing that our success improves the lives of our clients is the greatest reward we could ask for.”

The winners of the Personal Injury Awards will be announced on 28 November.
