Law firm advises on shipping firm sale

Law firm Geldards has advised on the sale of a timber transportation and logistics business to a German ship-owner.

The firm, which has its Derby office on Pride Park, advised the shareholders of long-standing client TTS Shipping on its sale to Navalis Group.

TTS and Navalis have successfully traded together for over 20 years. Both are specialists in the forest product trade in the North and Baltic Sea.

The Geldards team, led by corporate partner Peter Seary, advised on the share sale with support from colleagues Caroline Findlay and Andrew Evans.
