Law firm advises on plastics firm deal

Geldards has advised on a deal, which saw an East Midlands plastics distributor acquire another firm.

The law firm’s corporate team assisted plastics raw materials distributor Plastribution Group on its acquisition of thermoplastics sheet supplier Eagle Plastics.

Plastribution Group’s core business is the distribution of thermoplastic pellets for injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding industries and the acquisition fulfils the company’s growth strategy to offer a wider range of plastic products, to include a sheet business, in their products division.

Leading the deal from Geldards’ corporate team was partner Debra Martin, who was supported by solicitor Hugh White, who advised on all elements of the transaction.
