Law firm Geldards has successfully advised Clowes Developments on another significant deal at one of its business parks.

Geldards helped the firm on a deal which resulted in laundry business CLEAN Linen & Workwear taking a 72,000 sq ft unit at Fairham Business Park, in Nottinghamshire.

The law firm advised Clowes on the sale and development agreement, led by Derby-based partner Heather Dixon, who heads up the industrial and logistics team, supported by construction partner Chris Hawrylak.

Heather said: “Geldards was pleased to advise Clowes on the transaction with CLEAN, the latest leading business to choose the impressive facilities at Fairham Business Park to fulfil their expansion ambitions.”

James Richards, director at Clowes Developments, said: “Our professional team of advisers have delivered another great result for us in getting this deal over the line.

“Special thanks go to our legal representatives, Heather Dixon and Chris Hawrylak at Geldards.”
