Law firm advises on care group sale

Flint Bishop has advised a care group on the sale of one of its locations.

The law firm has assisted MPS Care Group on the sale of the 80-bed Northfield Care Centre in Thorne, Doncaster, to Wood Care Group.

MPS, which operates care homes across the UK, has a long-standing relationship with Flint Bishop, having worked with the firm on numerous corporate finance transactions over several years, including a group reorganisation, partial MBO and the refinancing of existing debt.

The legal process for MPS was handled by Martyn Brierley, Mandy Chan and Janet Rhodes of Flint Bishop.
