Law firm advises on accountancy firm sale

Law firm Rothera Bray has advised on the sale of a regional accountancy firm.

The firm acted on behalf of the selling shareholders of Haines Watts (East Midlands) Limited, Haines Watts Nottingham Limited and Haines Watt Audit EM Limited on the sale of the Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester offices on its integration with TC Group.

TC Group specialises in tailored accountancy and taxation solutions.

As part of the transition, the Haines Watts Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester offices will now operate under the TC Group name, adding three new locations to the firm’s growing network.

The Rothera Bray team was led by corporate partner David Kaplan.
