Laura launches cat calendar range

The founder of MiniAperture Photography has launched her own range of cat calendars featuring images of feline friends from a business side project.

Commercial photographer Laura Firth launched The House Tiger Project, which aims to create wall art of people’s feline companions using fine art photography, earlier this year.

Laura, who is a self-confessed cat lover, decided to launch the side line, which is in addition to MiniAperture, after seeing the rapid growth of the pet photography industry.

Since launching the venture, she has been busy capturing ‘purrfect’ pictures of people’s cats – including social media ‘influencers’ – and attending numerous cat shows, events and exhibitions, which have taken her all over the country.

She has now launched her own range of 2025 calendars, featuring images of her client’s cats.

Laura said: “I’m mad about cats – and to take pictures of other people’s pets has been an absolute joy.

“I’m really pleased with the calendars and hope my fellow cat lovers will feel the same about them.”
