Joint venture creates ‘super estate agency’

Law firm Sort Legal has joined forces with two other businesses to create a ‘super estate agency’ in the north-east.

The firm, which has its head office in Derby, has partnered with South Shields-based mortgage brokers Hello Mortgage and estate agents Estatio to create an agency which can handle every aspect of a home move, plus legal and ancillary services.

The joint venture will see the launch of a series of main branches and smaller hubs.

The first new branches have opened in South Shields and Teesside. Other locations in the UK are currently be explored to take this joint venture to other regions.
