IT firm makes move onto Pride Park

An IT firm has become the latest business to take space on Derby’s Pride Park.

L.E.A.D. IT Services has signed a long-term lease on a 4,200 sq ft, two-storey detached office, off Riverside Way.

The property has been let to the firm on a new lease following a simultaneous lease surrender.

Darran Severn, from FHP Property Consultants, which did the deal, said: “Following a comprehensive marketing campaign, we were able to place the property with L.E.A.D. IT Services, which has taken a new lease, releasing our client from their ongoing liability.”

Sarah Thompson, from L.E.A.D. IT Services, said: “We’ve long awaited this move, and it’s been an incredibly fulfilling journey for our entire team.

“Our new building represents a milestone, offering us the ideal space in a fantastic location to support our expanding team and client base.”
