IT firm ends 2021 on a high with top award

IT company Neuways has ended the year on a high after being named one of Britain’s best for the third year running.

The firm was recently crowned one of Britain’s Top 50 Best Managed IT Companies at a virtual ceremony hosted by TechnoPlanet.

TechnoPlanet evaluates each business through a series of rigorous assessments to find its shortlist of 50.

This year, Neuways has maintained its 100% record of Service Level Agreements with customers and improved its customer ratings to 98%.

The firm has also helped many of its customers with digital transformations, which have helped them to improve productivity and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape.

Managing director Martin Roberts said: “This recognition, for the third year in a row, has helped us to end 2021 on a real high.
