Initiative aims to offer a helping hand
Themed attraction designer Katapult has launched an initiative, which aims to help visitor attractions and charities in the leisure industry reach their project goals.
Now in its sixth year, the Helping Hands sees Katapult gift £10,000 worth of expertise to making a project into a reality.
The firm now wants to hear from visitor attractions about their projects, particularly those which improve sustainability and social impact after Katapult itself recently became the world’s first themed attraction design company to be awarded the coveted B Corp Certification.
Those who can apply to the Helping Hands initiative include for-profit visitor attractions and organisations, not-for-profit visitor attractions charities and trusts, visitor attraction community interest groups and theme parks and resorts, museums, heritage and other attractions.
The winners will receive expertise including insights and strategy, master planning, concept design and executive production.
Entries must be submitted before Sunday 31 March.
