Wavensmere Homes has launched a preferential service for existing customers who have purchased two or more of its homes to date.

Clique – a fee-free membership platform – has already amassed 500 members.

The housebuilder handed over the keys to 522 homes during 2023, and recently hit the major milestone of 1,200 completed homes since its inception.

It is also on track to achieve a £115 million turnover during 2024, with a further £1 billion of new homes due to be launched, or in planning.

The roll-out of the Clique platform comes ahead of Wavensmere’s sales launches for three new schemes located across Derby – delivering circa 550 houses and apartments – and the firm’s major development opportunities in Cheltenham and Wolverhampton.

Qualifying members will benefit from priority release notifications, pre-launch pricing, the first choice of off-plan plots, access to exclusive mortgage products offering preferential rates, a dedicated sales relationship manager, and tenant benefits from the point of completion.

Wavensmere has become one of Derby’s most prominent residential developers, with its £175 million multi-award-winning Nightingale Quarter heralded as one of the finest regeneration and restoration assets in the region.

Its £75 million Friar Gate Goods Yard redevelopment in Derby city centre, received planning approval in April – and the company has submitted plans for new apartments on a vacant plot in the Cathedral Quarter.

Late last year, the firm also received the green light from Amber Valley Borough Council for the £22 million redevelopment of Milford Mills.

James Dickens, managing director at Wavensmere Homes, said: “As we approach Wavensmere Homes’ 10th year, we are amazed at the loyalty so many of our customers have shown.

“They keep in touch with us, follow planning updates, share our excitement for upcoming development launches, and enthusiastically ask for first dibs.

“The launch of Clique is inspired by them. It’s our way of formalising the gratitude we have for our existing customers.

“We’ve put considerable time and investment into this project.

“The recent appointment of Olivia Smith into the newly created role of private client relationship manager has enabled us to add a highly experienced dedicated resource to our sales team.

“As with private banking and wealth management, Olivia will be offering the best level of preferential service.

“Clique will come into its own during the coming weeks and months when the first homes are launched at the five major Midlands schemes in our immediate pipeline.

“Ahead of that, we are currently speaking with people who are in the very early stages of creating an investment portfolio.

“Only customers who have already purchased homes from Wavensmere will be eligible for the benefits of membership and the opportunity to secure the best possible returns.”
