Frontline healthcare services firm Totally plc has reported ‘good progress’ during the first six months of its current financial year after securing new contracts.

In its recently published interim results for the six months ended 30 September, the Derby-headquartered firm, which provides healthcare, corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland, reported improved profit performance.

It has six new contracts confirmed at a value of £7.5 million and has secured a further 14 contract renewals valued at a total of £19 million.

The company supports the NHS and other healthcare providers with the delivery of urgent and elective care services across multiple locations, ensuring that patients can access the appropriate care, when they need it.

Simon Stilwell, chairman of Totally plc, said: “I would like to share my thanks with our hardworking teams, who continue to deliver essential services alongside their NHS colleagues, and to our shareholders, who have supported Totally plc as we turn the business back to profitability.

“I believe that we are a stronger and more resilient organisation than we were a year ago and have confidence that we can now respond positively to new opportunities and begin to grow the business once again.”
