Global IT firm logs on at Pride Park

An international IT firm has moved to Derby’s Pride Park in a deal completed by BB&J Commercial.

Fortitude Nicsa Global Limited (FNG), has taken a modern business unit in Royal Scot Road.

Founded in 2018, FNG offers its services across the globe offering 24/7 IT support and maintenance.

Oscar Heap, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial and the agent responsible for the completed deal, said: “Once the property came to the market, there were good levels of interest, and we were quickly able to agree terms with the tenant.

“Hybrid office and warehouse space is becoming more and more popular and provides the flexibility that lots of tenants are looking for.

“The fact that the property is in such a popular and well-established area always helped, alongside our bespoke marketing for the premises.”
