Football club teams up with HSG
A football club which plays in the EFL Championship has teamed up with HSG UK after adopting its water saving technology.
Bristol City is to install HSG’s washroom technology at its Ashton Gate stadium, which should save 18 million litres of water and reduce its carbon emissions by 18.9 tonnes in the first year alone.
As well as hosting football matches, the stadium is a leading events, meetings and conference centre in the southwest.
HSG will provide a solution to improve the washroom experience of the space by preventing unsightly blockages and eliminating odours.
The move is part of Project Whitebeam, a joint effort across the group members of Bristol Bears, Bristol City and Bristol Flyers, who have signed up for Sports for Climate Action Framework and Race to Zero.
