Flurry of deals at new business park
A flurry of deals has been announced at a new business park being created in Derby.
Salloway Property Consultants has announced that all nine units that make up Phase One of Dunstall Park have been sold to predominantly owner occupiers.
Meanwhile, units are going fast on Phases Two and Three of the scheme, which is being built by Ivygrove Developments.
Phase Two is nearing completion, while work on Phase Three is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Hugo Beresford, of Salloway Property Consultants, which acts on behalf of Ivygrove, said: “Dunstall Park has proven to be extremely popular – the ongoing success of this development and similar schemes that they have completed elsewhere is testament to the consistent quality of product that Ivygrove delivers.”
According to Salloway, all but one of the units that make up Phase Two, are now spoken for.
It has secured deals for the larger units with two regional occupiers, while the smaller units have been let to local businesses.
William Speed, also from Salloway, said: “It’s no surprise that such a well-located site is flourishing.
“Given the current shortage of stock in the market, occupiers are having to act quickly to acquire new premises or face the prospect of missing out.
“Dunstall Park provides businesses with the opportunity to base themselves in high-quality industrial space within one of Derby’s most established and popular industrial locations.”
