Flexible office operator Cubo has officially launched its latest new workspace in London.

The firm recently staged an event to launch Cubo Soho, which marks a major milestone in the company’s national expansion.

The new location occupies the first and second floors at Ilona Rose House, Soho Estates’ landmark development in Charing Cross Road, which is considered to be one of London’s most sought-after locations.

Spanning 28,884 sq ft of flexible Grade A office space, Cubo Soho caters for a diverse range of occupiers, from tech start-ups and SMEs to larger corporate teams.

It features floor-to-ceiling windows, secure cycle storage, serviced shower facilities and stylish community lounges.

The launch event gave guests an exclusive look at Cubo’s premium office experience, with guided tours and networking opportunities.

They also met the Cubo management team to learn about the benefits of joining Cubo, which include 24/7 access, private and large communal spaces, break-out areas, meeting rooms and kitchens, a complimentary barista service with beer and fizz on tap, along with a programme of free networking events.

The launch forms part of Cubo’s ambitious expansion strategy, bringing its UK footprint to 13 locations, including Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Derby, Nottingham, and Sheffield.

The business was founded in 2020 by property investors Marc and Becky Brough. It opened its first Cubo location in Derby, where it now has two workspaces.

Marc, who is chief executive at Cubo, said: “The buzz around our Soho opening has been incredible.

“Seeing so many business professionals, property agents, and prospective members come together to experience Cubo firsthand was fantastic.

“It reaffirms the strong demand from businesses looking for premium, experience-led workspace in the capital, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it.

“With significant interest already from businesses looking to be based in one of London’s most high-profile buildings, we’re excited to continue our expansion and welcome more businesses into the Cubo community.”
