Flex office operator launches latest site

Cubo has launched its latest site as it continues its nationwide expansion.

The Derby-based flex office operator has opened the doors to a new 20,000 sq ft workspace in Newcastle.

Located on the top two floors of Bank House in the heart of the city centre, it represents Cubo’s first site in the North East.

Earlier this year, Cubo, which was launched by property investors Marc and Rebecca Brough, announced ambitious plans to almost double its footprint nationally by the end of 2023 – a growth strategy backed by investment firm Literacy Capital.

Workspaces currently operate in Leeds, Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh and Manchester. A second site in Nottingham has just been launched, alongside an additional workspace in Birmingham.

Marc, who is Cubo’s chief executive, said: “We are excited to be launching our first flex office space in in Newcastle city centre.

“The new space continues our rapid expansion and reinforces our commitment to opening in the very best locations across all the UK’s core cities.”
