Firms work together on care provider’s sale

Flint Bishop and Bates Weston have combined their talents on the sale of health and social care provider.

Flint Bishop’s corporate and finance team advised the shareholders of Oaklands Support on its sale to Swanton Care, while Bates Weston provided accounting and corporate finance advice to the sellers.

Oaklands Support has built a strong reputation in Derbyshire for its dedication to quality care and currently supports over 50 individuals.

Swanton Care, backed by London-based Apposite Capital, is a provider of residential care and supported living services in England, Wales and Scotland for adults and children with complex learning disabilities, mental health disorders and acquired brain injuries.
