Firm’s role in medical products supplier sale

Law firm Flint Bishop has advised on the sale of a prominent supplier of suction and oxygen therapy products.

Therapy Equipment’s portfolio includes suction equipment, flowmeters, and medical regulators used in healthcare facilities. It has been acquired NYSE-listed ESAB Corporation.

Therapy Equipment was majority owned by Owner Venture Managers, which bought the business from the founding Munn family in 2019.

Flint Bishop’s Martyn Brierley, Joel Nixon and Mark Wilcock drove the legal advice for OVM on the disposal.
