Firm shows support for local community

PIB Insurance Brokers Derby has been showing its support for the local community by backing a number of initiatives, including some led by fellow Marketing Derby Bondholders.

Enthusiasm Trust and Derbyshire Wildlife Trust are among the beneficiaries of PIB’s activity in the community.

Enthusiasm Trust is a Derby-based organisation, which aims to help 11- to 19-year-olds fulfil their potential, offering group support through youth clubs, activities, residentials and youth forums.

The organisation has benefited from a “substantial” donation from PIB through its community trust.

PIB staff have also been taking part in volunteer days organised by Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, tidying and clearing sites at Woodside Nature Reserve, in Mapperley, and Burton Mail Centenary Woodland, in Burton.

Finally, PIB Insurance Brokers Derby is sponsoring Mickleover FC’s first team shirt this season.

In a statement, the company said: “Supporting local communities is important to us at PIB Insurance Brokers.

“While we have branches across the country, our clients local to each one are vital to us.

“We have been proud to support a number of initiatives, all making a difference at a local level.”
