Firm shows staff appreciation

Recruitment firm Sellick Partnership recently marked Employee Appreciation Day by announcing a company-wide day off for all of its staff.

The professional services recruitment firm, which has an office on Pride Park, gave all staff the day off earlier this month, as a way of thanking its teams.

Traditionally, the firm had allowed employees to finish early and have lunch on the business, but this year it took things a step further.

Managing director Jo Sellick said: “We are dedicated to creating an environment that enables each individual to thrive.
