Firm scoops top public speaker training award for second time

Leadership development firm Ignite Your Inner Potential has something to shout about after scooping a national award for excellence in public speaking training for the second consecutive year.

The company recently retained the title of Best Public Speaker Training Provider at the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards.

Central to the company’s success is its flagship Create and Speak programme – a two-day training experience designed to transform individuals into confident, compelling speakers.

Led by leadership expert Kul Mahay, the founder of Ignite Your Inner Potential, the programme blends expert guidance with personalised one-to-one coaching.

Kul is former senior police officer, who now dedicates his time to empowering individuals and organisations through transformative leadership development.

The next Create and Speak programme will take place in Derby on 22 and 23 February.

Limited to a maximum of 10 participants, it provides hands-on training in storytelling, stage presence and effective communication strategies.

All successful attendees receive a year of free membership to the Institute of Leadership, granting them access to 400 hours’ worth of leadership development resources.
