Firm reports record start to 2025

Conveyancing and legal services firm SortRefer, part of Sort Group is reflecting on a record-breaking start to 2025.

According to the firm, its January figures exceeded all expectations, with the business recording a 14% increase in instructions across all sectors compared to January 2024 and conveyancing instructions up by 10% year-on-year.

In addition, it exceeded its key business targets, achieving 122% of its instructions target and 107% of its completions target for the month, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

Designed to support mortgage brokers and IFAs, SortRefer offers a range of products and services to assist clients with the home move and remortgage process.
