Firm reaps dividends following merger

Armsons Barlow has reported having one of its most successful periods in its 50-year history with a raft of new contracts and a number of key appointments and promotions.

A year on since the merger between Armsons and Barlow & Associates, the combined company of project managers, construction cost consultants and building surveyors is going from strength to strength.

Now based in Vernon Street, Derby, the firm has since landed a number of new high profile contracts, as well as growing its existing client base.

This includes expansion within luxury retail, industrial, residential and commercial for various private blue chip and international clients.

Examples include the fit out of a 78,000 sq ft warehouse, headquarters and research centre development at St. Modwen Park Derby for Swedish medical technology manufacturer Getinge.

It is also working closely with flex office provider Cubo on its major growth plans throughout the UK.
