Places are now available to book for CALMfest – a week-long festival of events, activities and challenges aimed at improving mental health, organised by Calm in a Box.

Taking place from 13 to 17 May, during Mental Health Awareness Week, the festival is made up of a series of online sessions.

It will feature three sessions per day on mental health-related topics such as sleep, gut health, neurodiversity, menopause, nutrition, financial wellbeing – all through the lens of developing better balance by improving mental health and mental fitness.

There will also be daily CALM mini masterclasses with special guests, as well as 1% CALMer challenges with prizes up for grabs and the chance to connect as a community during the final Friday session.

Backed this year by Nuclear AMRC, the Nuclear Industry Association and St. Modwen Logistics, the festival will raise vital funds for the Mind charity.

All events can be booked via the CALM hub and will be on Zoom. To take part, e-mail hello@calminabox.co.uk.

The sign-up deadline for participating individuals and organisations is 31 March.
