Developer welcomes retailer openings at business park

Clowes Developments has welcomed the opening of two big name retailers at one of its business parks.

Sainsbury’s Local and Starbucks Drive-Thru are now fully open and operational at Stud Brook Business Park, Castle Donington.

Just weeks after Clowes announced the practical completion of the buildings, the well-known brands have moved in and completed their fit-out programme, which enabled them to begin trading before the end of February.

James Richards, development director at Clowes Developments, said: “Having a Starbucks Drive-Thru and Sainsbury’s Local now open to customers has provided much needed amenity for the area.

“Having these conveniences available for employees and visitors at the business park is such a benefit.”

Stud Brook Business Park will include units ranging from 8,500 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft, catering for small and medium-sized businesses.

It will also accommodate larger national operators with recognised household names, which are set to be announced in due course.
