Derbion gives entrepreneur helping hand
Derbion has helped the founder of a hair replacement specialist realise his ambition of opening his first standalone store.
The Hair Repair Club has opened the doors to its first store after winning the centre’s independent retail initiative Hatch.
The competition offers small business owners the opportunity to take their brand to the next level and open a free-of-charge store within the centre.
Founder and managing director of The Hair Repair Club, Tom Walker said: “We’re excited to have officially opened the doors to our first standalone store at Derbion, after winning the Hatch initiative.
“Our store offers a non-judgemental safe space and men of all ages who are interested in learning more about our non-surgical hair systems are more than welcome to pop in at any time to talk to our friendly team to discover how we can help restore their confidence with our range of service.
“We look forward to this new chapter of The Hair Repair Club and to welcoming existing and new customers to our first ever store.”
Adam Tamsett, centre director at Derbion, said: “We know that our customers are on the lookout for up-and-coming brands and a range of services to enjoy alongside our breadth of big-name retailers, and Hatch is a great way for us to give local, independent businesses the support they need to take the next step up and for them to be able to have the opportunity to try retailing in a shopping centre.”
