Derbion gets a taste of Mexico

A new pop-up eatery has opened at Derbion serving authentic Mexican food.

Saburritos has opened for business in the centre’s Food Court on Level 2, serving dishes inspired by Mexican street food.

The menu features a range of burritos, quesadillas and tacos, plus salads, sides and vegan options.
