Dental lab proves snappy deal for BB&J

Staff at BB&J Commercial are smiling after securing the quick sale of a former dental laboratory on a Derbyshire industrial estate.

The firm managed to sell the property in High Holborn Road, Ripley, before it had even gone to market.

The 1,400 sq ft property compromises a two-storey detached office building with a mixture of offices/workrooms plus storage and a WC.

Mark Richardson, partner at BB&J, who completed the deal, said: “I was really pleased to agree a sale so quickly on the dental laboratory.

“It was literally agreed within a couple of days to the first interested party.

“Market sentiment remains strong. With freehold property in short supply, I am confident in achieving a good result for clients, particularly with industrial stock, land and investments.”
